CWC is a loosely structured team where diversity of skill is very welcomed. The desire of its members to be a part of a team makes it possible for all types (stalkers, hunters, snipers, assault-minded players) to blend together into a cohesive element that is more than capable of doing well during even the most difficult tasks.
We understand that a lot of teams say that having fun is important so it seems like an old cliche' but we have a TON of fun shooting people at games, but never at the expense of safety or events rules/guidelines.
Basically, it's a hobby and where we come from a hobby is supposed to be enjoyed. It just so happens "fun" for us involves taking it to a higher level as far as skill goes. A great game is not necessarily winning the event but that everyone is "clicking" and we get to see team members functioning fluidly without anyone having to tell everyone what to do.
We don't have a chain of command because if someone sees something that needs to be done they do it. Pretty simple-If you want to be a part of the team...be a part of the team. Or, if we have to make a bunch of rules and regulations...we have the wrong people on the team.
