There is a Comfort Inn and Suites 15 miles from the field. Their standard room (either 2 twin beds or one queen bed) is $109.00. Any closer hotels are not good (believe me, I called them). PLEASE POST ON THE BOARDS WHAT KIND OF ROOM YOU WANT AND IF YOU ARE ROOMING WITH SOMEONE ELSE BY 7:00P.M. MONDAY JULY 27th. OR ELSE YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL FOR YOUR OWN ROOM. I will reserve your room but you will have to pay for it when you arrive. I will be reserving rooms for Friday August 7, 8, and 9. If you don't want the night of the 9th, please let me know!

Ryan is looking for a ride, but I can't really promise him a spot in my car because I am almost positive with Jason and Judy, and all our combined stuff there isn't going to be much room. Sutton and I took it to Thunder IV, and with all our crap it was full, so I question if it is possible.

So I count Bear, Josh, Jason (+Judy) as all wanting rooms with two beds. Jr is rooming with you Jason? where is Ryan staying or with who???

O.K., I made reservations at Quality Inn and Suites in Bradley IL which is about 20 mins from the field, Sorry, like I said, nothing closer. I reserved 5 rooms, because I was still unsure of the numbers. (If you guys would use real names, who the hell is jelly???):) For Aug 7th and 8th the cost of a room is $89.99/night. On the 9th it is $76.49 (We saved $10 due to my AAA membership and a weeknight)There are 2 smoking rooms and 3 non smoking rooms. I have until 10:30 p.m. Aug 6 to make changes (canceling a room) (we took their last 4 two bed rooms). When you check in, you have to produce a credit card and then can pay cash when you check out. You can use a debit card when you check in and pay cash when you check out, but the amount will be "frozen" on your debt card until you check out. Talk to me if you don't have a credit card.
So, start figuring out rooms, they do not allow cots in any rooms except their executive suite rooms.
I also know that Bosco is going! If we have an extra room, we can always let someone else (Wolf) have it. . .
