I know that not alot of people come to these forums so I will post on the public boards here. Sometime in November I am looking at having a small get together at my house.. preferably a Saturday or Sunday. I have to check dates yet because I know I for sure want to go hunting on opening weekend and I also have a week long combat aidsman course I will be taking prior to my deployment. I have drill this next weekend so I can firm up dates and know for sure when it will be open. And Since Squishy moved in, I have someone I can force to clean up my house for company. :) What I would like to do is have the team over for some homemade food, a drink or two and just in general hang out with everyone before I have to leave you all. Not gonna name everyone that I want to come since of course the team is all invited.. but not sure that Justice reads these boards... so if someone could inform him. Think that is all for now. I will make sure to inform Rook since I don't know how often she reads the boards as well.. but if you could pass this info amongst the team I would appreciate it. I will post more in this thread as I get more info... and I will try to make it friendly time and date wise to as many people as possible. Semper Fi Papa Charly

Ok a quick update. the 15 of nov is looking like the date for this get together... any time after 11 people are welcome to show.. I will be making 2 pots of chili one spicy and one mild. Judy is bringing some bread.. I should have cheese and cottage cheese for the chili if anyone wants that... bring your own drinks.. I might grab a couple of bottles of wine... there is always beer in the fridge and brandy on the shelf.. anything else is on you.
plan to have the chili in a crockpot so it will be hot all day.if someone could inform curry crista katy and justice since they don't read these boards it would be appreciated
looking forward to seeing everyone and hanging out..
I would really like to keep this event for the team only since my house is not very large. also if you have extra canvas chairs feel free to bring them as they are more confortable then kitchen chairs. ----------

hey quick note. probably moving to the start time back to after lunch alot of people can't show up till 5 pm or so.. so thinking of moving the time back to like 2 or 3 for a start...
been busy here in the cities so not sure what time i will be home or how much time i will have when i get there.....the address is 14 w cliff street chippewa falls for people needing to google directions ----------

Want to thank everyone that spent time with me this weekend. turned out to be an outstanding weekend and a good way to end things before I leave town.
